Daviess County Man Arrested After Assaulting Neighbor Henderson, KY #KSPPost16 - Kentucky State Police and Daviess County Sheriffs Department responded to the 1700 block of Gobler Ford Road in Daviess County to investigate a possible assault complaint. Trooper James Gaither and deputies with the Daviess County Sheriffs Office arrived and spoke to the victim of the assault. The victim and a witness stated to authorities that Jeffery Devine, who is a neighbor to the victim, stopped his vehicle on the road in front of the victims house and walked over to the victim with an ice pick. It is alleged that Devine struck the victim twice with the weapon causing minor abrasions to the victims back and left shoulder.
