Day 1 of my 10 day detox. Most people only get half of their daily fibre intake, snack on fatty and high sugar foods, and do too much socialising and eating out (certainly I do the last one!) Part of my regime will be taking FIBREBONDS- full of high quality soluble and insoluble fibre - not only do they bind to saturated fat in the intestines - they remove build up of material, make stomach feel fuller and improve absorption of vital vitamins like calcium. I will be taking these on holiday esp before rich meals. So excited to start, sun is out and Im picturing myself in my bikini very soon with a flat stomach!!!
