Day 1 of my positives.. Thank you Justine! 1. I was left alone with both babies today whilst Ross went out, and the fear kicked in slightly.. Both fed and changed and within 5 minutes fell asleep in my arms - apart from realising I needed a wee, overwhelmingly blessed is how Im feeling. Its all going to fall into place ☺️ 2. Dixie is 12 days old today and breast feeding is still going well and shes putting on her chunk! Something I never got to do for Hendrix unfortunately, I am so thankful and pleased I get to do this for my little angel. Shes an absolute dream, so inlove with my daughter! 3. Hendrix is really unwell in moderate/severe stages of heart failure again awaiting surgery, he was back in our bed last night after being so unwell and woke this morning in despair - losing his breath, purple lips, sickness, hes exhausted.. But after cuddles in bed with daddy, mummy and Dixie he was rolling around - chuckling and being hilarious as usual.. Im so thankful for his smile. He makes us smile everyday and we momentarily forget everything shit about this situation. Hes so funny! He has had me in stitches, so feeling like we can take on the world today - see how long it lasts!!
