Day 1 of vacation: Slept in, laundry, playtime with Gabby and Bridget and nail trims, cookbooks organized and cataloged . Day 2 of vacation: Trip to farmers market for strawberries and other yummy stuff, medicine for Gabby picked up, Grocery Shopping done, 3 Angel Food Cake loaf pans baked, 9 pounds of strawberries, cleaned and prepared for Strawberry Shortcake and some other dessert to be determined, 2 pounds of baby portabellas cleaned, sliced and cooked to have with london broil steak (4 more pounds left to be done, maybe make cream of mushroom soup?), House semi-cleaned, and more laundry. Day 3: relax and lunch with friend, and more relax!! (I hope this plan works out!)!
