Day 1: (second post) I know what you are thinking, I am totally NOT coach material. I definitely don’t have a six pack...heck, I don’t have perfect handle on my fitness journey yet! That’s the thing. I think there is this huge misconception around what we do as coaches. Honestly we are the support piece. We believe in people before they believe in themselves. Pick them up when they fall down. Encourage them to keep going when they feel like giving up. We walk next to them. When you get to the heart of it, there are a lot of different reasons why people decide to become coaches. Two of the most common ones are... 1. Wanting more accountability for their own weight loss goals. It really does take your accountability to a whole new level. You are no longer just fighting for yourself. You are fighting for those you are helping, too. 2. They love fitness / Beachbody programs and want to help others get results like they have acheived. They want them to feel that sense of accomplishment and boost in confidence that bleeds over into all areas of their life. Coaching has changed my life but honestly when I was presented with the opportunity I was very skeptical at first. Check out my video about overcoming my fears and jumping into coaching. https://youtube/watch?v=MYkCgob5YPg
