Day #13 - Losing My Irish Beer Belly - 24 mins Stretching 50 jumping jacks 200 crunches 10 push-ups (plank) 50 push-ups (knee) 40 leg lifts (6-count) 40 leg lifts (alternating) 40 leg lifts (side/obliques) 50 lunges 50 toe touch squats 30 squats 20 front snap kicks 50 jumping jacks Stretching Doubled my jumping jacks to add more cardio, but split them to open/close the work out. The opening set doubles as a warm up. Also, consolidated the toe-touches into the squats. eventually, toe-touch squats will replace the squats all together and, down the road, they will be replaced by burpees. Very excited that my friend Richard Harrington joined the core rebuild club today! :D
