Day 14. #YouCanDoYoga November Challenge. Peaceful Warrior. The benefits of practicing peaceful warrior: similar to warrior 2, with the added side stretch. From warrior 2, take a nice big inhale in and lift your fingertips (front arm) toward the sky. Stay there. If that feels okay, try reaching the fingertips toward the wall behind you. Sometime when you try to go deeper, because of your ego, you loose the stretch across the chest. So, guide yourself to the point of slight discomfort, but never pain. Then switch sides!
