***Day 15*** WOW! You are half way through. Can you believe it? You have come so far. When I started this journey several years ago it was a battle within myself to show up everyday. After the first workout I was so sore I couldnt even stand up or sit down without hurting all over. After a few weeks it just started getting easier and easier. My body was getting used to the work I was putting in. Then I started realizing that I had to push myself even harder if I wanted to see more change. At this point its really easy to start getting lazy and NOT showing up and NOT pushing yourself. Anywhere between day 15 and 30, just as everyone starts seeing real results, they stop working out for whatever reason. So I want you to take a look at yourselves and ask, am I talking myself out of this? If you are you need to make a motivation adjustment within yourself and instead I want you to say, Im halfway done, time to push myself harder to the finish line!
