Day 18: Today I am thankful for my little brother, Walter E - TopicsExpress

Day 18: Today I am thankful for my little brother, Walter E Fletcher III. I remember seeing him for the first time when he was just about 4/5 months, maybe a little bit older but not much. He was such a cute little thing. I didnt see him again for a while. Unfortunately, he has pretty much grown up with a lonely only environment. He grew up knowing he had sisters, but my dad had a few duty stations that were too far away for my momma to let us travel to. I remember seeing Walt again, when I was about 15. He was the perfect age to be a pain in the butt during our visit that summer. I think Erin and I threatened to kill him at least once a day. Hes 7 years younger than me, so you can just imagine how much fun I had; Erin-- who was 4 years younger and then Walter, who was 4 years younger than her. I remember reading a LOT that summer! LOL!!! As years progressed so did the gap between us, but we did finally bond during a visit when he was about 12. Weve been slowly but surely bonding closer and closer since then. I cant imagine my life without him in it anymore. Hes very smart, a bit of a geeky nerd (which must be a family trait since Im a bit nerdy too), he loves music, is a great artist, and the list goes on and on. We still dont get to see each other very often, but we do love each other and hopefully soon, we can start seeing each other on a regular basis. I love you baby brother, with all of my heart!
