Day 18 since shoulder operation. I saw the surgeon and physio on Thursday, they are both extremely happy with my progress. Surgeon wanted to give me another script for pain killers, but I refused. I have not had any since day 5 and stopped Panadol day 10 have been managing the pain. I spoke too soon and had a painful night last night, I guess as the surgeon told me, its going to be a long slow road.... Only thing, because I am favouring my right arm. My left shoulder that has a bigger rotor cuff tear is now starting to be painful. I heard it crack the other night. Ill be armless, but still very friendly... I need a big cuddle too, but that would hurt. Jude
