Day 2 and feeling so much more focused! B-spark and protein shake (mixed fruit, coconut oil, flaxseed, vanilla protein and water) S: Kind bar and carrots L: turkey cranberry salad on whole grain bread S: granola bar D: country style bbq pork ribs, corn on the cob, baby yellow potatoes S: cup of hot chocolate 50 ounces of water (a little low since I forgot my water bottle at home when I went out shopping tonight) Workout: level 1 of shred in 30 and an hour of walking around walmart tonight!
