Day 2 of Fitness Challenge Cardio: I did only 3 miles of cardio again (2 of which were done on the treadmill at 6.0 intensity yet again, which is only a 10 minute mile and then I again did 10 minutes on the stair master at 82 steps per minute.) Strength training: 1.) 20 reps curling 30 lbs on the Leg Extension. 2.) 20 reps curling 30 lbs on the Leg Curl. 3.) 40 reps pressing 110 lbs on the Leg Press. 4.) 20 reps lifting 30 lbs on the Shoulder Press. 5.) 30 crunches on an exercise ball 6.) 20 push ups Boxing gym: I spent an hour yet again on the heavy bag throwing combos or singular jabs, crosses, hooks, moved onto the speed bag, then the upper cut bag and finished off on the heavy bag again. Goal for tomorrow: Add an extra mile of jogging like previously intended. And also, shuffle more like a boxer instead of just sliding or walking around slowly while punching the heavy bag.
