Day #2 of positives: My Mom - Patty DAmadeo. First and foremost she gave me life...nothing better than that!! She is a woman of strength, independence and is a fighter!! She didnt always have it easy, but with faith, love and a strong support system, she persevered and turned her darkness into light!! I am so happy and blessed to call her my mom. She will give you the shirt off her back and loves her children and grandchildren more than anything in the world!! She also makes the best chicken cutlets you have ever tasted!! I am so happy that we have gotten so close and I dont know what I would do without her!! My Dad - He is probably the most selfless person I have ever met!! He is a man who every daughter would be lucky enough to call daddy and best friend!! He never lets a day go by without calling his girls to check in to see how their day is going and wants to know every detail of his grandchildrens day as well. He always say God bless you and kisses the phone before we hang up. He is a comfort in my life and I adore my daddy!! My sister and brother - Lizzy Mele-Bova and James Racanelli. My sister and I look nothing alike...she is the blue eyed, blond haired beauty of the trio. We have this amazing ability to read each others minds and have the same mannerisms!! She has always been more like my baby sister and I always felt it was my responsibility to mother her, which at times, created some tension ;) Now as we are older with kids of our own, we are the best of friends!! There isnt anything I cant talk to her about and I know that she will always be there with a sympathetic ear! No one makes me laugh like she does and drives me crazy at the same time!! We have the best time when we are together. Shes my miiiittttt and I love her so much!! My brother is my other baby boy. From the minute he was born, I went into mommy mode. I loved taking him for walks in the stroller, feeding him mashed bananas and playing with him for hours when I was the ripe old age of 9! Lol Even though he is my baby brother and I will always look at him that way, he is also one of my best friends!! We can spend hours talking and he knows how to put things into perspective when I cant! I always wanted a brother and I am so glad God picked him as mine!
