Day 22 September Slim Down Tabata-a different form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The basis of Tabata Training is four minutes of intense interval training/circuit training usually done in 20 second work intervals and 10 second rest intervals 8 times. FYI, this is not for the weary. Are you crazy enough to give this one a try? Like or share if you are. That, btw, is a rhetorical question. ;)
