Day 266 Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening energy boost! Good evening Journeyers! So as you can see I had my plant based smoothie for breakfast. Then I had my maple and brown sugar oatmeal for morning snack. For lunch we were treat to Sub Marina so I had a 1/4 ham on wheat with lettuce, tomato, and pickle, and 1/4 on wheat turkey the same way. I had a small bag on honey BBQ chips. And then around 3pm I started to fell a little hungry so I drank my second plant based smoothie. All in all I am feeling better this evening because I wasnt starving when I got home from work and I am not jittery from my blood sugar dropping. I am trying to stay focused and motivated today. The enemy wants to bring me down. I am fighting. I will win! Thought for tonight: WHAT TIME IS IT? YOUR TIME! Keep On Keeping On Baby! Yelpyas!
