Day 2of CORE with LAUR!! First off, enjoy the still frame image Facebook chose for this video (lol). Okay we did that. NOW today we do 2 abdominal exercises (10 repetitions of each!) And if you want to kick it up a notch you can repeat the exercises more than 10 times OR ask me about the mixed martial arts program- Les Mills Combat- that I completed right before doing CORE with LAUR!! Let me know how you do!
