Day 3 - A Beautiful World 1). Tonight I am grateful for the gift of friendship....one that spans many years, and has withstood many storms, and celebrated much shared joy. Dee Donaldson, I hope we both grow old...and that the bond endures even if we go senile. Then we can be new friends! smile 2). I looked at my child today... a brief glimpse... and saw a man... strong, confident, sensitive.... I was overcome with gratitude for the gift of hope for a better future that he represents. 3). Tonight a golden galleon is crossing the skies... a super moon .... I am grateful for her beauty. May she shine her light on all of us equally tonight .... the lovers, the dreamers, the lonely and the frightened... and bring succour to those in darkness. I nominate James Siddall... writer, survivor, friend and father to furred animals, to take the baton, and start his own seven day cycle of gratitude.
