Day#3/195 of #195daysofpower I toned down a little bit in training today, my body is still not used to training again. Although surprisingly, my stiff neck was almost gone, so I decided to focus on windmill to headspins, with a bit of elbow airflares (got frustrated, youll see in the video), and I also tried out some backroll extensions. If you want to join me, please leave me a message. Training venues are either Rush Dance Studio or Club Gymnastica Pasig Inc. SELF-REMARK/S OF THE DAY: 1) Frustration is the #1 enemy of training. 2) My body now does not recover as fast as when i was younger. 3) Progress is noticeable, cant wait to reach DAY#195 :) youtu.be/IjLOCiTzooI
