Day 3 of Spring and day 3 of our Insanity workout program done and dusted---also did a 5kg walk jog with the kids yesterday in the pram working on my running technique to become more of a forefoot rather than heal strike runner so my calf muscles are very sore today...lots of stretching required but feeling good about the challenge of remaining on track and reaching our goals....we have allowed ourselves a few cheat days as well so am looking forward to them ;)
