••• Day 3 of the 7 day NO LUNGE Challenge ••• Who doesnt love exercises that you can do while laying on the floor?!?!! This move is killer on your inner thighs!! ** Form ** Lay down and support yourself on your elbow, or support your head. (If that is too much you can lay flat) Bring your top leg up and hold your ankle. (If youre not that flexible you can just bend it up with your knee towards your chest.) Point your toes on your foot on the floor and slowly lift and then lower. Thats it!!! Focus all of your energy into your thigh. Do 3 rounds of 30 seconds EACH side. This is one of my favorite moves!!
