Remember a little knowledge is a dangerous thing so don’t invest if you don’t know. And if you don’t know than seek help and advice from sources like trusted family and friends (who may have prior investing experience and can give you helpful advice) and independent advisors who may have experience of investing in property and indeed companies such as ours who educate investors.
