Day 397. Finally got my run in after a non-stop day. Pictured is the lovely injection I get to give myself every other day for the next seven months. I recently moved to Laredo TX and after some pretty scary symptoms and medical tests, I discovered Im just allergic to...everything there. So even though Im not there this summer, I get to inject the things Im allergic to into my body so I will become immune. These injections definitely pull me down and make things a little tougher, make me out of breath, tired, weaker, etc. Im grateful that I can still run every day but its hard to be ambitious right now. ;P
