Day 4 PiYo Move of the Day is a fun one!!!! :) Standing Split Connector *Start standing *Lift one straight leg behind as you lower your arms to the floor *Point fingertips somewhat toward each other *Lower lifted leg so toes touch standing leg calf (bend both knees) *Lift leg back to standing split - pressing into floor with hands *Try to lift leg higher each time to deepen the stretch *INHALE as you connect *EXHALE as you extend *Too ADD INTENSITY: bend arms at the same time you bend legs to connect *To MODIFY: shorten range of motion with the legs and dont bend the arms Repeat 8x each leg Do 3 sets Dont forget to SMILE! ************************************************************************************* My Rising Phoenix Nation Coaching Team and I are doing a 5 Day {PUBLIC} PiYo Move of the Day Challenge!
