Day 42 post, 11.09.2013 a Wed. The lone Judge after making me to opt to a remedy from the choices available from the Summary and Orders letter dated 08.02.2013 made by another Judge then proceeded to establish some facts for himself. The Judge was concerned with the fact that another Inspector from the Revenue Protection Team had swore saying to a manager " looking position ". The Judge then proceeded to find and clarify to the public gallery what " looking position" was. The individual manager who was sworn to " looking position " was the Investigation manager for my incident and was in court having written a witness statement. The " looking position " swearing did not relate to my case but the Judge wanted to establish that the " looking position " swearing that happened without the employer LOROL ( London Overground ) taking any action let alone dismissing the swearing employee was totally different from my disciplinary matter. In his Judgment told late in the evening of Wednesday 22 May 13, recorded by audio micro cassette the lone Judge informed that " looking position " was entirely different from my matter. More tomorrow.
