Day 5.... Today I am grateful for my TALENTS...... I consider myself talented in certain ways and every one of us each has a talent or two that were proud of. It makes us who we are. I am so thankful for my talent as it gives me joy and makes me feel good about myself. My talents include: Mom: Sometimes I feel like a failure mom but other times I feel like Im doing a good job. I think being a mom is a talent and Im proud of it. Creative: I consider myself a creative person. I can never do anything simple; it has to be creative, well thought out, and original. Photography: I consider myself talented in Photography because... It has profoundly changed the way I see the world, It has made me a better person, It has pushed me to be better behind the camera, It has pushed me to be better away from the camera, It has pushed me to be open and vulnerable, photography continually teaches me to slow down and be patient. I feel joy when I see the shot and capture it, like I’m using a unique gift. Photography helps me to see things in a new way. It’s about learning, understanding, and sharing. Singing: because you can express any emotion through song. because when you sing a really good song you feel so many wonderful things, it lets me express myself. feeling free, stress reliever, a communication where language does not get the job done, a love for the sounds that make it creative, I love singing from the heart, I have to feel the song when I sing ... some make me cry and some make me smile either way I feel good when I get done singing.
