Day 57 Cats versus Cows Bonus Month: Early in my marriage my wife had a cat that I just hated and that cat hated me back. One of us was going to have to leave. One day when my wife, Kelly, was at Wal-Mart I took the cat a mile away and dropped it off. That evening the cat was home again. I waited a few days when Kelly was gone again and drove the cat over by Maple Grove around 5 miles away and dropped it off. Sure enough by the end of the day the cat was home again. A week later I drove the cat south of Avilla over 10 miles away and dropped off the cat. I became lost trying to get home and it was evening. I called home and asked Kelly if the cat was there. “Yes,” she said, “why do you ask?.” I was very frustrated and said, “put the cat on the phone please, I’m lost and I need directions home!” Cats win!
