Day 6 and 7: Beth and Jenna You may have noticed I skipped a day... but it was for a good reason. I wanted to put these two wonderful women in the same message. High school is hard for anyone... especially those holding fun secrets. I admittedly was not in their social circle of band and theatre because I have no talent whatsoever. We were, however, in those fun nerdy AP classes. The combination of their wit, charm, and care were undeniable and unmatched. I dont think Ive ever laughed so much while trying to memorize 40 years worth of presidencies (...had a HARD time being COOL, HOOVER sucked...). Side note here, when Jenna, Andy and I worked together delivering groceries, I dont think Hwy 12 ever had as many destroyed trash cans... but I digress. Second side note here, Beth was an awesome Prom date. When we scattered across the state, I remember the sheer joy I had coming to Chapel Hill for Halloween. But in recent years, with travel and life (and my inability to pick up the phone), I know weve drifted--- but that wont change the love I have for these two. They are the reason I pushed myself... because being surrounded by brilliant minds makes you want for more. Love is the answer, At least for most of the questions in my heart Like why are we here? And where do we go? And how come its so hard? Its not always easy and Sometimes life can be deceiving Ill tell you one thing, its always better when were together
