Day #7- This world has been created mortal, unstable and uncertain. Its residents keep changing, each undergoing their own ups and downs. Do not be deceived and made miserable by its fleeting transient pleasures and attractions, for you deserve nothing less than Paradise, don’t sell yourself for anything less. Whoever is content with these worldly pleasures has settled for something base and low. - Imam Hussain (A.S) WE have given so much value to our materialistic possessions that we usually forget about everything life has in store for us. The other day I was looking at my debit card and was thinking how we have given a piece of plastic that is connected to a number so much value. We need to get rid of the idea that we are revolving around the Earth because that has been disproved ages ago. Money is our materialistic Earth, without it we would be nothing. We need to lift our heads, use our logic and begin revolving our lives around something much larger and brighter like the Sun. The Sun can be representative of family, friends, happiness, love, destiny, imagination, excitement! Its about time we stop letting natural material ruin our lives which are so much more important than we perceive. Find your purpose and you will find happiness.
