Day 7: I have awaited for this day for a purpose, you see many, many moons ago on the 7th day of May TWO YEARS BEFORE I WAS BORN, my parents had this amazing young man who I love calling brother just dont ever tell him, it might swell his head. We have definitely had our ups and downs, our fight and spats, our willow tea together (oh and by the way bub, thanks for cutting the rings around that willow switch one time, it go me out of my dose of willow tea and you a second dose after going to retrieve the second willow switch. So, if I never said THANK YOU, THANK YOU, my legs thanked you too, I had on shorts, remember it well.) ;) You. my dear brother have cut my hair when I was 3 years old, because you decided you wanted to a brother named George. Sorry, but that did not work, Im still your younger / not youngest / however YOUNGER Sister. You have taken the food off my plate and ate it, even though I wasnt done eating. Ive probably been mader at your in my life time than anyone else in the entire world. You have poured kool aid over my head (and I returned that favor). You have let the fire go out on purpose (regardless what he says people, he did). You have decided to take up for me, when I did not need you too. You had ME tell dad when you backed into another vehicle at the store, rather than face him yourself. However that didnt pan out too good for you, made dad madder than ever. However, on that same note: You have taken up for me and stood by me through very rough times. You bought me the top of the line gifts when ever you possibly could, I still have my Sears Iron and love it. Its very heavy and works for more purposes than ironing. I still have the beautiful card you got for me and Dennie on our wedding. You bought and paid for my wedding cake. Youve stood beside me through thick and thin and you DO call me every so often just to say I love you sis even if you do have to quarrell a little while on the phone, or rather a lot, but in all honest I would be worried if you didnt, because something would definitely be wrong. NO Josh (your wonderful son that is such a blessing to our entire family) we aint the clevers by no means but I LOVE our family just the way it is!! Mr. John Freddrick Sloas, I may not tell you often, but I do LOVE you and I wouldnt choose anyone else for my brother!!! Thank you Lord for my FAMILY!!
