Day 74 (wk 11 day 4) Rest day ... sike (think again) I dont know why I waited so long to open this gem so I did the lucky 7 workout and it is the sh*t (sorry for my excitement). This workout is 24 minutes of pure brutality but it is so much fun. Its pyramid/cardio at its best. You have 7 circuits made of either 2 or 3 exercises targeting different body parts, done in succession 1 through 7. Make sure to chose your weight wisely because after a while, even the smallest weight is heavy as well. I think I found my new love Enjoy
