Day 9. I am Thankful for my dog Alvin. Although he tends to get in trouble and gets yelled at like the chipmunk, Id be lost without him. He is my constant companion and my protector! He follows me from room to room on a daily basis and sleeps on the foot of my bed or next to me on the floor every night! Anytime I am sitting down on the couch he climbs up next to me and gives me HUGS! Literally putting his paw acoss my chest and resting his head on my shoulder, ( he will not do that with Patrick or Autumn) and while petting him he comes out with this low cat like purr! So even if I do have to keep the snuggle dryer sheets and bars of soap , oh yea and the candy dish out of his reach, Thank You God for letting us choose him from the Border Collie Rescue when he was 6 weeks old!
