Day four positives 1) Met up with an old friend at lunch for a coffee, lovely to catch up. 2) Feeling positive that I dragged myself to the gym without my partner in crime who is currently in Spain sunning her self again! Then went for a walk in Sutton park and watched the swans - truly beautiful creatures with their graceful necks and wonderful wings, they just glide across the water effortlessly, looking like they havent a care in the world. Aside from their beauty they are known to be massively loyal creatures they mate for life....how romantic ....if I get reincarnated Id maybe be a swan I have the neck for it anyway! Lol. Anyway did me the power of good very therapeutic, felt energised. 3) Was a good girl after all that came home ate sushi, just had a nice hot bubble bath now ready for bed - I do love getting into bed the best part of the day positively relaxed and a much needed early night 💤💤💤💤💤💤
