Day off on Sunday for family, which is the day I wanted to do my deadlifts, so Im having to squeeze squats and deadlifts into 2 days. Why not rest? well I still have to eat lots so need to exercise to make sure it doesnt turn to fat. New weight of 170kg on the squats, and as usual, after getting 8 reps of the previous weight, I got 6, which I am happy with. I just need to watch my form - Im not breaking parallel. 8 reps on the weighted chin-ups with 20kg added, but the form was awful. I got 8 better ones 3 days ago, but the biceps need a lot more rest than the legs. Good going by all accounts. Ill go for 2 days rest as of Sunday, and should come back smoking.
