Day one, no biscuits, chocolate, crisps, cake, chips, mac Donalds, pizza, or milk in tea, feel like I could scoff everything in sight but will power is winning. Changed my bike tyre to a trainer one and set up on new bike trainer in conservatory but tyre is too close to roller and I dont know how to alter it. Anyway woo hooo here I go to the perfect beach body, 2 and a half stone needs to be off in 50 days B-)B-) xx
