Day two of AKC trial. No Qs for both dogs. So I am sure this is going to sound really odd to most agility competitors... but today I pushed my dogs hard, I chose handling strategies that were very difficult and risky; Im sure most competitors today thought I was crazy for choosing the very difficult path vs. the easier (Q) path. Both my dogs are qualified for AKC nationals. So now it is all about experimenting and pushing my dogs for speed, demanding very high level obstacle commitment. Wow! My dogs exceeded my expectation! We are ready for the Central Regional!
