#Deadlifts one of my favorite exercises. 60lbs bar. Feet shoulder width apart. Knees slightly bent. Pic up bar with hands over. Stand up and squeeze that booth tight!!! Keep shoulders locked and down (dont raise them which at first you will have a tendency to do especially on the way up. Keep them down!). Being bar down directly over your feet. Not out in front of you but right over your feet and as you go down sit your butt back like youre gonna sit. You will immediately feel your hamstrings and glutes burning. When you feel that you hold for a moment and then stand back up and squeeze that booty. If you didnt feel your muscles contract in the lower position you arent sitting youre just bending.
