Dear All, Due to the large amount of orders and for us to serve you better and faster, we will be revamping all our systems and procedures for ordering as well as our blog site. We will be posting up the FAQ and ordering procedures soon. We will also be arranging our albums accordingly for easier reference. Do note the following changes: * Our facebook user account (NOT PAGE) will be deactivated with effect from 15th August 2013. Please like our PAGE (current site) for the latest updates. * Notice for ordering classic cakes would requires at least a minimum of 3 days and customised cakes (1 to 2 weeks) in advance (subjected to limited pick up or delivery slots) Do confirm earlier to secure better collection timing or in cases of fully booked dates. * As we bake freshly, we do not stand by any extra sponge for urgent orders. * All our customised cakes are rainbow cakes unless upon request for non- rainbow. * We are a non - fondant baker. Thus, collection of heavily customised cakes the day before are not possible. Day before collection only available for classic cakes. * For self collection on tier cakes, do note that you need at least 2 person for pick up. Customised cakes are very sensitive to bumps and brakes. We would not be liable for any damages during the delivery process once you collected your cakes. * Mode of payment is cash upon delivery or collection. However, for orders above $150, we would require a $50 deposit. * Cancellation policy is 1 week before( customised cake) 3 days (Classic Cakes) before event date and we will fully refund the $50 deposit.
