Dear All… I am going on exchange from July until mid-January. This means that my home will be available to others (preferably students) that may need a room or apartment for rent during this period of time. My apartment has 3 rooms. One is used solely as a bedroom. (Double bed) Another is either my living room/2nd bedroom (Bed-bank. Thus either single or double-bed) And the smallest one is used as my office/study space (Also has 1 double bed which is a loft bed/high bed/ hoogslaper in Dutch) The kitchen is quite spacious and has all the necessary equipment. Everything works just perfect. The toilet and the bathroom are separated Last but not least, I have 2 balconies. One at each side of my apartment. Now, that’s my HOME! Now let me introduce my surroundings… It is in the very Centrum of Capelle aan den IJssel. Koperwiek Shopping mall is my neighbor so to say, literally across the street. There you have pretty much EVERYTHING. AH is the nearest shop. 1 stop further, there is another mall that has a lot of other different shops. VERY convenient. It is 3 minutes max. walking from the metro station. 3 stops away from ERASMUS UNIVERSITY and Rotterdam Business School (HES). From door to door max. 20 minutes. 13 minutes away from Rotterdam Centrum in the metro. I could rent my house with either 1 person only (could be expensive for that person) OR 2 people. Prices are €550 per room including water, electricity, gas, internet, television etc. Im quite flexible...
