Dear All, I am happy to announce that after a lot of efforts made by our fellow brethren located in different parts of the country and struggling for a couple of years a Federation of Retired SAIL Employees has taken birth. The attached photographs show the proceedings of the meeting held at Rourkela on 1st & 2nd March 2014. The detailed Resolution, Constitution and Rules & Regulations, Aims and Objects and list of the participating members are attached herewith. Treasurer Sri Debashish Choudhury Kolkatta Now we need to do some more work to strengthen the Federation by inviting every Retired Employee to join this FORSE and move unitedly ahead. With this in mind I would like to provide you with a summary information as given below. 1. Please take initiative to form an Association with a minimum membership of 100 (one hundred) retired SAIL employees in your locality 2. Pleaee get the Association registered under the Society Registration Act. 3. Your association will be entitled for Affiliation to the Federation after Registration. 4. Please submit the request for affiliation with a copy of registration certificate and a bank draft of Rs. 5000/- (A/c No. will be provided later on.) 5. On affiliation to the Federation an Annual fees of Rs. 5000/- per year will need to be deposited in FORSE Account. 6. Other details are given in the attached FORSE Bye-Laws 7.
