Dear All, I have recently become a member of this group. I had booked a 3BHK in Tower E in July 2012 and since then I have seen no real progress in this project. I share the same sentiment as all of you with regards to the slow progress of the project and intention of the developer. The one thing which is common to all of us is that we want to safeguard our hard earned savings. Some of us are willing to wait longer than others, some us are more optimistic. In my opinion, this is a matter of perception. However the most important thing is that we have to organise ourselves into a more formal structure as an RWA which can then put our case with the builder. I am aware each one of us is busy in their daily life and some/most us are not even based in Gurgaon therefore we would need volunteers both in terms of time and funds. As I am not based in Gurgaon, I am happy to volunteer with funds. We can hire a good lawyer who can represent us, help us to draw a Preamble of RWA, we can elect office bearers and keep accounts. We have to be pro-active rather than reactive with each builder action causing us to search for answers, let us all get together and fight it out. Some of us are end users and others are investors.We can all work on a range of scenarios and then take collective action e.g 1) Builder will deliver the project with 2 years delay 2) Builder will not deliver the project and our funds are stuck 3) Lenders will take over the project and auction it to a third party Our primary interest is to safeguard our funds, the secondary objective is to profit, I have a feeling that the risk in the project is not worth the return I will be in Gurgaon on 27th and 28th of July and Ill be glad if I can assist in shaping next course of action.We can organise a meet-up in Gurgaon or a central location in NCR which is convenient
