Dear All, I would like to bring it your attention that Special general body meeting was held on 23/11/2014 at Kolkata, where as Smt. Renu Mahant was removed from the post of President T.F.I As, newly elected Acting President Shri. Raj Kakatti has taken the charge of the post & all the circular posted by Mr. Harish Kumar are Null & void. As Mr. Harish Kumar has list of criminal records & he is feeling insecure as his business of sale-ling ID-Cards is almost closed. Which he runs in name of Xployt Solution where he & his son own the company. For Achieving business targets & earning ransom money he started applying policies in T.F.I on his own without discussing or bringing it in general body meeting in front of all committee. It is shameful for a I.P.S officer to be suspended on duty, as Mr. Harish Kumar was suspended on duty & sent to jail for almost a year. later he himself understood he is no more is capable for being on such post ,so he took voluntary retirement himself. He had Imported 50 containers + 50 Containers as customs officer caught him red handed & thrown him behind bars Even he was suspended from the post of President T.F.I to save T.F.I images & reputations from getting hampered. Another shameful incident is Mr. Harish Kumars passport is seized by lucknow court for various cases & court believes he is well-known expert criminal & can run any time from the country. As to boost his business turn-Over in crores he started implementing ID card policies in name of transparency and started cheating innocent athletes as well as members of T.F.I. So Called Dynamic Website was made by T.F.I, Where as T.F.I Paid 5 lakh rupees for building the website but Mr. Harish Kumar forcefully transferred the ownership on his son’s name. To keep his dirty records underneath he is blaming all of us who have raise voice against him. He has started harassing everyone by publishing emails & supporting members of state association who were blacklisted by Mr. Harish Kumar himself & all such peoples have lodged plenty of cases against T.F.I. One or two state can be wrong!!!! But not 24 states can be wrong or suffering bad from Mr Harish Kumar?????????????? it seems he has got habit of making new circular himself without bring in it general body meeting or discussing it with committee members of T.F.I as he has lot of free time these days. It’s very pathetic that Mr. Harish Kumar is removing everyone from the body without show-cause notice or even calling A.G.M. It seems he doesn’t requires rules & regulations, or constitution of T.F.I. He believes he is King of the Jungle. Even Mr. Harish Kumar claims T.F.I its own property as he has kept 3000 USD dollars or more with himself , as it is mentioned in society registered rule that no one can keep organizations money with himself. As election were held early , Mr. Harish Kumar was scared as newly elected President will take away all his powers & his business would come in danger , so he misused is powers & threatened all members to forcefully elected his Wife Smt.Renu Mahant as new president . Fact is Smt Renu Mahant has zero knowledge about Taekwondo or she doesnt know how to spell taekwondo even. As both this Husband & wife are enjoying leisure of T.F.I by getting themselves inviting for International Tournaments & T.F.I is bearing expenses for their holidays & tours internationally & nationally. But Mr. Harish Kumar has failed to attend a single International Athlete Coaching Camp ever. As Mr. Harish Kumar had Challenged Indian Olympic Association for sending of T.F.I team but he failed to get any medal for India. He had Promised various times if T.F.I team Fails to get medals in International Events he will resign but as money factor lies he is stuck to T.F.I like a worm. As Commonwealth games where nearby, Mr. T. Praveen Kumar & Adv. Ajay Kumar suggest Mr. Harish Kumar to send the medalist of Jaipur Nationals for the commonwealth games, As U.K Visa needs lots of days Still Mr. Harish Kumar took Open national event in Pune as to Promote & make money for his business & to enjoy leisure from such people who have lodged plenty of cases against T.F.I. who are not even representative of State Association. Many states were happy in the meeting as Mr. Harish Kumar Dictatorship ended. In all 33 states are affiliated to T.F.I as per Mr. Harish Kumar only 6 states are functioning rest are Defunctioned , so this state’s Smt Renu Mahant herself get Defunctioned from the post of President. As all the states are paying affiliation fees to T.F.I every year still they are Defunctioned by Mr. Harish Kumar because they are not generating I.D cards as per Mr. Harish Kumar business policy. Defunctioned term in dictionary of Mr. Harish Kumar means not providing business to his firm. There are many such cases, incidents & complains against Mr. Harish Kumar, We personally dont believe in spoiling name of T.F.I nor Mr. Harish Kumar but we want to make everyone aware of the it. There are lots of documents duly signed by Mr. Harish Kumar which are illegal in manner; we will produce it soon in front of all so it will be wide clear about his forgery. Mr. Harish Kumar is just behind running his business & not at all bothers of T.F.I welfare. So I request you all to ignore such emails from such Mr. Harish Kumar or his associate .
