Dear All, Please forward this resolution for Pune by Pune Aam Aadmi party candidate Prof Subhash Ware. This is part of the decentralization process that is being implemented by AAP where every Lok Sabha constituency should have its own manifesto in order to cater to the needs of that region. Instead of having a top down approach towards governance, it must be a bottom up approach and local manifestos are an attempt to take our policy making in that direction,. Please read it yourself and forward this to all those who live in Pune and urge them to read it. Only when we read what plans different parties have for us, will we be able to make an informed decision. Lets not fall for media rhetoric or winnability this time when we vote for our Pune MP.
