Dear All, Training Facilitator required for 10 Enterprise Development Trainings, each consist of 6 days ,These trainings are the major component of “Livelihood Enhancement and Protection” project, being implemented in Muzaffargarh & Lodhran. The purpose of the project is to contribute towards eradicating extreme poverty and hunger by enhancing the capacity of the communities to improve their livelihood. This training will introduce to the ultra and vulnerable beneficiaries prior to their business incubations so that they can choose and start a sustainable and profitable business after getting aware marketing techniques, by focusing on their personal entrepreneurial characteristics/skills. Training facilitator must have at least 2 years of experience in facilitating trainings, responsible for: • Facilitate Lead trainer • Monitoring of the overall training (according to agenda) • Monitoring of Hotel services • Keep record of venue address and contact numbers, travel plan, check-in & check out date, other hotels matter • Keep record of Daily Attendance sheet, Evaluation Forms, pre test, Post test • Keep record of Stationary • Participants/Trainer boarding and lodging arrangements • Managing lunch and teas and other meals • Arrangements of transport during training market surveys • Best case studies writing • Database of trainees • Media coverage (if any) • Contingency management (if any) Please send your application(cv) to e-mail address of the FDO office: [email protected] by Nov 4th, 2013 at the latest.
