Dear All customers and Friends. I think l owe it to you all to explain the Rantings which have been going on about my company on Facebook. I have shipped cargo for this particular lady several times. In all these times she has not complained of a single item missing or damaged and her cargo has always arrived on time. In this particular instance, she sent cargo by sea freight. The Container was loaded in January and left for Kenya instead of December. (This often happens in the sea freight industry where containers can be delayed for one reason or another). She complained about the delay to the Manager in Nairobi. I was advised to offer her compensation for some of the urgent items in the container that were needed in Nairobi. I phoned her and told her we would purchase the items and deliver them to her Recipient in Nairobi. Her response was to Trash us on Facebook and to Threaten and lie without being specific as to her grievances. I am sorry for those of you who have been subjected to this offensive tirade. I would have responded earlier but l lost a dear friend recently and we have been involved in the funeral arrangements until she was laid to rest on Saturday. Once again my apologies to you all and thank you for your concern. We shall endeavour to serve you with a smile as always and if we make any mistakes we beg to be forgiven cause we are all human and life is not always predictable. I will not be visiting this subject again so if anyone needs to talk about it please call me and l shall clarify any issues pending. Thanks.
