Dear Alliance of Boise family: I hurt my back while training last Saturday. I am on an aggressive dose of steroids to lower the swelling around my discs. I will be back teaching on Thursday!!! I cant wait! Staying in bed is hard for me to do, but I know that I have to give my body rest. Thanks to Troy, Jacob, Chris and Heather for taking the class and responsibility load while I was away. This was the worst injury I have sustained in a long time. Rest and staying off my feet were very important. See you all tomorrow on the mat!!! Much Love
