Dear BYC, As I am spending the afternoon cleaning my beautiful home, I cant help but want to write a letter of appreciation. We love our home! We are so proud of the way it turned out. Thank you for being there for us every step of the way. From extensive time and advice with our house plans, to the tiny details towards the end. As a contractor, you are one to be trusted with such a big investment. We always felt like you were honest and transparent about the whole process and money involved. You were a valuable asset to us in deciding what was worth spending extra money on, and what was just for show. We feel our home is not only efficient and practical, but beautiful as well. Our home came together so nicely. That couldnt have happened with out your knowledge and experience. During the building process when mistakes were made and things went wrong (which was rare) you always handled it professionally and quickly. We are surprised how well our home stays cooled when we are gone and turn the A/C off, and are looking forward to the winter months to see how efficient it is at that time. We appreciate your time in researching tested methods and feel like you build homes with the best practices available. From your employees to the excellent subcontractors, we always felt like we were in good hands with capable, honest people. Your guidance through the whole process was so valuable, but you also gave us flexibility and control. If we had to build all over again, we would hire you in a second.
