Post- Senior Piping Design Engineers / Service Mode –Permanent / Job location - Mumbai Graduate / Post Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering & having 12 to 30 years experience in detail engineering/Consultancy Services in leading the team of piping engineers/designers for execution of refinery/petrochemicals/fertilizer projects in PDS/PDMS/SP3D. Candidates with experience in plot plan development, Piping routing planning, Support design, preparation of PMS / VMS, Material requisitions, Bid tabulation, vendor drawing review are required. Knowledge of international codes & standards such as ASME/BS is essential. Knowledge in PDS/PDMS design software & SPR/Navisworks is desired. Post- Senior Piping Designers / Service Mode – 1 Year (Extendable) Job location – Mumbai ITI /Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering & having minimum 15 to 30 Years experience in detail engineering, engineering/ consulting services in Piping Layout, 3D Design. Candidate with experience in plot plan development, Piping routing planning, support design, Isometric Checking will be preferred. Knowledge in SP3D/ PDS/PDMS Design Software & SPR/ Naviswork is essential. The candidate should have design experience of refinery, petrochemicals & Fertilizer Plants. Post- Fired Heater Design Engineers/ Service Mode –Permanent / Job location - Mumbai M.Tech/M.E/B.E and have work Experience of 12-20 Years and knowledge of the following. Thermal, Mechanical, Structural Design of Fired Heaters, Reformers and Cracking Heaters, Requisition, Bid Tabulation and Vendor Print Checking for Heater Components Like Burner, APH, Fans etc. Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering Area of Experience: -Thermal , Mechanical and Structural Design of Fired Heaters, Reformers, Cracking heaters and incinerators - Knowledgeable about API Codes ( 560, 530, 535 ) and ASME Codes applicable for Fired heaters - Familiarity of fire heater specifications followed by international process licensors - Hands on experience of softwares like HTFS, STAAD - Preparation of Requisition, Bid Tabulation and Vendor Print Checking for heater components like burner, Combustion Air Preheater, Fans, Refractory etc. - Troubleshooting of fired heaters - Excellent written and oral communication skill Post- Senior Instrumentation Design Engineers / Service Mode –Permanent / Job location - Mumbai Candidate must be graduates/Post graduates in engineering from a premier institute with 12 to 25 years of relevant experience in a reputed engineering company engaged in oil & Gas, petrochemical industry. The candidate should have experience in detail engineering / consultancy services. Experience in DCS, PLC F&G system, field instruments, Intools, Specialized Instrumentation & Analyzers shall be preferred. The candidate should have experience of field instruments, control systems and construction engineering. Experience of working as a lead is essential. Further responsibilities include manpower planning, schedule control, control of the BOQ and of cost with respect to the new proposal, identification of technical risks, mitigation plans and overall coordination. Post- Senior Civil Design Engineers / Service Mode –Permanent / Job location - Mumbai Candidate must be graduates / Post graduates in engineering from a premier institute with 12 to 20 years of relevant experience in a reputed engineering company engaged in oil & Gas, petrochemical industry. The candidate should have experience in detail engineering / consultancy services. Experience in independently designing of Industrial Building, R.C.C. / Steel Structure & Infrastructure Facilities for Industrial Plants. Candidates shall be proficient in the use of software like STAAD. Post- Senior Electrical Design Engineer / Service Mode –Permanent / Job location - Mumbai Graduate / Postgraduate in Electrical Engineering having min 12 to 20 years experience in Detailed Engineering / Consultancy Services including Design calculations, Preparation of SLDs, Hazardous area classification, Electrical layouts for Lighting / Power / Earthing etc, Procurement activities like Preparation of Enquiry, Technical bid evaluations, Vendor dwgs review etc, Post- Engineering Manager / Service Mode –Permanent / Job location - Mumbai “ The candidate shall be having minimum 15 ~ 25 years experience in the engineering design of Industrial plants & Manage a multi – disciplinary engineering deliverables to meet the project requirements in terms of schedule & contract conditions. Participate in planning and scheduling of the scope of engineering for the project and finalize the technical document list. Conduct interdisciplinary meetings as required to resolve engineering issues, ensuring a smooth information flow as per schedule.
