Dear Classmates, Please see letter below from the young man (that will attend Scotus) that received a Scholarship given on behalf of the Class of 1962 to Scotus for 2013-14. Another Scholarship will be given to a young lady in May of 2014 for attending Scotus in 2014-2015. On behalf of the Class of 1962 THANK YOU ALL. Hope to see you all in 2017. Dear Class of 1962, Thank you for your generous $650 Leadership Scholarship. I am very grateful to have been chosen to receive your award at Scotus’ Awards Ceremony. Your large award will help me to continue attending Scotus for my sophomore year. It is a good school with stellar examples of leadership and the Golden Rule surrounding us by Father Rosa, the administration, and the teachers. I like participating in football, wrestling, track, mock trial, Boy Scouts, Godparents, and JC Camp. My goal is to be a 4.0 student during my high school years at Scotus. I will continue to show my leadership skills by encouraging my classmates to achieve their goals. Again, thank you for helping make attending Scotus a possibility by paying a considerable amount of my tuition next year. Your generosity encourages me to stay on the right path.
