Dear Client, I am sorry to inform you that our meeting scheduled next week is cancelled. our consultant from Canada and UK who conduct the seminar have called in to inform us that they will not be able to make it on the scheduled date due to urgent appointments that came up this week. Without their presence, the meeting will not be as fruitful and will not meet the objectives .for re- scheduling the meeting in the first place, the organizers have decided to cancel it for a more favorable date. The meeting will be rescheduled sometime this month. I will be calling you to check on your availability and schedule a date convenient for everyone.
