Dear Community Members: This is to update you of the following with regard to upcoming North American Rally for Tibet in Washing DC on Monday October 7, 2013. CTAO is taking part in this important Rally for Tibet like all other Tibetan Associations in North America. CTAO is arranging comfortable Chartered buses ( Seating Capacity 56) for the Rally participants from GTA CTAO is submitting the list of Rally participants with Passport Details to US Border Services (Passengers Manefest) in advance so as to expedite the border crossing to and fro Travel Details: Departure from Toronto: Place: Front side of Parkdale Collegiate Institute, 209 Jameson Ave. Toronto Date: Sunday October 6, 2013 Time: 5PM Return from Washington DC: Date: Monday October 7, 2013 Time: 6PM 5. No. participants registered to date: 44 Please call or visit CTAO office with your Passport. Special Request: Those who have given their names but not passport information please call or visit our office. Only when passport information is received then the registration is confirmed. Last Date of Registration: September 30, 2013 Time: 5PM 6. Donation to defray cost of booking buses and for the Rally expenses: Please see below. We will be updating the list of donors regularly. We strongly urge community members to donate whatever amount you can so that we can pay for the bus expenses and also contribute to the Rally expenses as requested by the organizing committee.
